A. Hydraulics
An extensive coverage of European, Japanese and Korean applications is a must for our very diverse market needs. In many cases Delphi is “first to market” with parts which are still covered by the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty.
The Delphi Hydraulics range comprises wheel cylinders, master cylinders, slave cylinders, calipers, hoses, servos, valves and repair kits.
B. Brake and clutch hoses
Delphi also offers an extensive range of branded brake and clutch hoses, with more than 1210 parts. They are supplied with armouring, brackets, buffers and clips to mirror the OE. Every hose conforms to SAE J1401 & FMVSS 106 and is tested to a minimum of 800 bar on burst pressure tests ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Master cylinders & Wheel cylinders
The Delphi actuation range – brake and clutch master & and slave cylinders are a key element of Delphi’s Hydraulic programme. This range is in continuous development and regularly updated.
- Range includes cast iron and aluminium master cylinders which are supplied with reservoirs where required by the application.
- The range is supplied in Delphi imaged packaging and parts are Delphi branded.
Delphi also offers an extensive all makes range of wheel cylinders. Comprising both cast iron and aluminium parts, plus cylinders with integral valves where required.
C. Calipers
As with all braking products, the brake caliper is a safety critical part of the braking system that is required to work in all weathers and under the most extreme conditions. It is for these reasons that Delphi‘s calipers are produced to the highest standards.
Delphi is a market leader in the caliper market, offering a wide range of calipers covering most popular car and light van applications.
The range is predominantly re-manufactured but includes a number of OE new calipers. The range is supported by an industry leading catalogue with digital pictures of all parts. All calipers are branded Delphi and supplied with the necessary hardware where required.
