Delphi fuel pumps are quieter, more durable, and have little flow or pressure variation in hot fuel situations in competitive studies. Guide rod springs and external rubber feet provide enhanced stability and reduced noise from vibration.

In flow testing at 20 & 30 grams per second, Delphi pumps maintained highest flow in hot fuel situations. Testing on major competitive parts showed fuel flow loss which will cause problems when supplying a high output engine during high fuel demands.
